Now offering a streamlined class menu with the intention of making it simple for you to find the class that fits. Only 3 class styles doesn't mean you are limited in choices. *All Classes are for everyBODY. Every individual class is unique to the instructors style, the yogis that attend and the energy created in the room. All yoga classes are about 60 minutes.
This broad scope style of class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga. Moving at a slower pace, this class allows you a chance to move with mindfulness and breathe with intention. This style of class can include many different styles of yoga including hatha, Iyengar, Restorative and Yin. Perfect for all levels of yogis, beginner to advanced, this class is a perfect for everyBODY.
Flow (Vinyasa) is a type of yoga that connects movement and breath in order to create balance in the body and mind. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa yoga puts together a purposeful sequence of poses with the breath to bring about a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, lengthening and opening movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward, compressing movements or twists. Based for beginners with modifications for intermediate and advanced yogis, this class is a great fit for everyBODY.
Power yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is a fast-paced, dynamic style that incorporates elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. This class is for everyBODY who wants a workout! Generally we will choose one or two muscle groups to focus on "training" in each class while still breaking a sweat and getting a full-body workout.

*All Classes are based for beginners and then customized to the attendees. Mobility Workshops are where you work at your pace and level independently with Steven's assistance.
Bringing back the classic step aerobics. This 30 minute class will be a beginner level class that will help you burn calories tone muscles, and improve coordination, as well as so much more.
Each 30 minute workshop will focus on one particular group of muscles or joints, using movement through the range of motion to improve your mobility. This is a workshop that is structured for each individual to focus on their goals, working at their own pace and level with Steven's assistance. So all levels of mobility are welcome, no matter how basic or advanced.

Assisted stretch can be incorporated into your workout plans and fitness goals! Just schedule a short stretch session for when you're at the gym, either before or after your regular workout. You'll notice an improvement in mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and recovery times!
All forms of stretch can be beneficial to the body, as well as the mind and the soul. Assisted Stretch, in particular, is especially therapeutic when performed by a qualified, licensed professional. Utilizing techniques from passive stretching and PNF, the therapist stretches the clients muscles in a systematic and specific manner, deliberately flexing and stretching them with little or no assistance from the client. Assisted Stretch increases flexibility and range of motion, relieves muscle fatigue, releases stress stored in the muscles and joints, reduces joint inflammation and reduces potential injury.

Working with the basic movements of the body for beginners and not so basic movements for the more advanced student, these one-on-one training classes help you increase mobility and flexibility with deliberate positioning and repeat motion in order to lengthen as well as build strength in the muscles, allowing the joints to feel supported and able to open up.

A yoga class that has the style, pace and skill level that is just right for you. Each session is customized to your preferences to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to enhance your performance in athletics or you want to be able to pick up the grandkids again, I will assist you on your journey with customized stretching and strengthening.

Hello yoga friends! I'm Amanda, a Wooster native and long time yoga student. In 2024 I took the jump to earn my 200hr RYT and went on to do specializations in Restorative and Yin yoga. By day, I'm a veterinary practice manager tackling the challenges of HR, finance, and keeping my team on track. My hands are usually stained from time in the garden, there is always animal hair somewhere on my clothes, my hair changes color frequently, and I love a good travel adventure!
Yoga keeps me rooted in who I am and my time on my mat provides a reset that allows me to be a calmer, more resilient human. My husband is the first one to ask if I need to go to the studio! Teaching yoga is a creative outlet that I love. I enjoy weaving different practices into a sequence, providing a safe place for you to just breathe and be, and helping you find your version of yoga that works in your body!

I'm Kerstin, a theatre artist and educator with a love for yoga. As a performance teacher, my practice is focused on presence and the mind-body connection, which has led me to a deeper study of yoga and my CYT-200. For me, yoga is an exploration and celebration of what your body can do. I like to balance the restorative and energetic aspects of the practice and am excited to help you find the adjustments and accommodations that you need for your body. The goal is to find what makes you feel peaceful, powerful, and productive. When I'm not in the theatre or on the mat, I'm reading/listening to audiobooks and snuggling my cats, Phoebe and Bucket.
